The rotating front ring with haptic feedback and numbered scale allows precise control over the amount of light reduction without looking at the filter, making it easy to adjust density settings between scenes. The quartz glass construction features 16 layers of antireflective coatings that prevent ghosting and reflections while maintaining clarity and color accuracy, and the coatings also provide water and oil beading for easier cleaning.
The aluminum alloy ring assembly keeps the filter lightweight while remaining durable, and the included Defender 360 hybrid case functions as both a front cap and a rigid, dustproof, waterproof storage container.
